Ashleigh obtained an LL.B degree in 2012 from The University of KwaZulu-Natal where she went on to serve her articles at a debt counselling firm in Umhlanga.

She has been with CJ Cogan Attorneys since 2016 where she specialises in the National Credit Act, with a specific focus on debt reviews.

Nonhlanhla Mnguni

Nonhlanhla has been with CJ Cogan Attorneys since 2017 and specialises in the administration of estates and debt review matters.

Nonhlanhla obtained her LL.B  in 2016 from the University of Zululand and completed her articles at Sham and Meer Attorneys where she went on to practice as an admitted attorney.

Ashlee Ferguson

Ashlee obtained her LL.B from UNISA in 2016 alongside graduating with an Advanced Diploma in Trust and Estate Administration from the University of The Free State.
